The point is to give the Desert Triangle Print Carpeta a soft landing. The basic idea is to select high quality prints that were done after the Desert Triangle, in order to raise the bar and fuel momentum. Some of the prints are by artists outside the triangle, included to help buoy up the exhibition, and demonstrate that Southwest artists stand up well next to the best of printmakers. Some of the prints were selected because they continue the Desert Triangle story. Ultimately all the prints are from my collection, and thus reflect my distorted Southwestern view.
